In my hometown, we have this little ice cream shop that carries pumpking pie ice cream starting in the fall. People go CRAZY for this stuff! There’s an official countdown and everything. Sooo so good!

Complete meal to me is my mom’s roast chicken, my homemade ratatouille/goulash hybride vegetable dish, Israeli cous cous and roasted asparagus. Followed by my mom’s “rotten fruit pie” and vanilla ice cream (the pie sounds gross, but is INCREDIBLE!)
