Butternut squash fries are really easy to make, not to mention delicious. 

1. Preheat oven to 400 F 2. Cut squash into fries-form 3. Toss with chili &amp; paprika powder. (This makes them spicy &amp; sweet. Some people just prefer the sweet, so they toss them in a combination of cinnamon and brown sugar). 4. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking/baking spray. 5. Place in oven. Bake for 30-40 min, flipping half way through baking. 

I&#039;ve been known to eat a whole squash this way. McDonald&#039;s has nothing on them!
