Just read your guest post on Tina’s blog. I’m super impressed :) My mom makes killer vareniki and pelmeni, but I’d never attempt to make them. Maybe I should :)
Btw, I’m glad you explained the difference between perogi and vareniki. It drives me crazy when people misuse these terms. Haha.
