So, it’s Wednesday night (I’m aware it’s not anymore, work with me here) and you have two papers and an obnoxiously intense exam the next day. What the hell do you do?
First, find a comfortable study space. Avoid the library at all costs, since all 23 floors of it will be filled with procrastinating college students jacked up on energy drinks, trying to finish about six assignments while texting their boyfriend and Facebooking their friend and thinking about buying glazed donuts at the cafe: priced 2 for 1 after midnight. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
An amazingly comfortable armchair at your professor’s house (who also makes you dinner and tea and then drives you home when you need her to at midnight) is a perfect place to get down to business:

Literary journalism, get in my brain!
When you get home, pack lunch for the next day, read one more thing and pass out. You’re up 5 1/2 hours later. In the morning, fuel yourself appropriately while continuing to study. Pack a thermos of coffee to pound later on.

1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water, 1/2 a nanner, 1/3 cup ff cottage cheese, chocolate chips and nut butter
Go to class # 1. Hand in paper. Pat yourself on the pack. Continue studying. Remember that you left your carefully planned lunch in the fridge. Avoid panic and starvation by going to Earthfoods Cafe, a student-run business on campus determined to deliver delicious and healthified food.

Peanut tofu stir-fry with brown rice & steamed kale

Your friend works there...He offers you a piece of pumpkin bread with raisins and chocolate chips in it. Before leaving, don't forget to ask "Is there crack in this? Because it's delicious."
Go to class # 2. Take exam. Drop some serious knowledge. Walk out of the room dancing. Proceed to class # 3. Hand in paper. Continue to dance.
Get home and bake dessert because you, your prof and your roommate all just had a week from hell and you’re eating dinner together dammit.

MUFFINS!
Use Michelle’s recipe that you’ve bookmarked a while ago, modifying it to the ingredients you have on hand

Resulting in...Pecan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Muffins!
Love your prof for making a delicious dinner:

Ginger shrimp with veggies & rice

And with greeeeeeeeens
Obviously, follow with dessert:

But make sure the real taste tester, the prof’s granddaughter, approves:

She had chocolate all over her face after this, so I'd say it was successful
Go see The Reader with your roommate, because even though you’re tired, you can’t remember the last time you went to the movies. Make two observations:
- Hate to be snobby, but the book was better.
- Worth seeing simply because Kate Winslet is naked 95% of the movie. I think I’d also walk around nakie all the time if I looked like that.
Blog, of course mentioning some giveaways you want in on:
Ask fellow bloggers and readers a question you’d love to hear a response to...
Is it wrong for me to want this?

Now on sale at Target. I'm tempted.
Turn off all alarms because you’re officially on spring break and sleeping in
We’re EVEN now academics…but we shall meet again.
