Monday is upon us again…Another busy week ahead but at least it’s not pouring outside!

Breakfast this morning was a lazy bowl of Kashi Good Friends (or what my roommates like to call “the old people cereal”), soy milk, flax & bran germ and a small banana. Cup of coffee is my “I miss home” mug.


Lunch
consisted of a whole grain Mission wrap topped with a Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedge, two slices of buffalo turkey, fresh spinach, tomato slices, a little bit of chili powder, black beans and some Craisins. Also, baby carrots & bell pepper slices. Juicy pear to round off the meal.
I’m making an effort to eat more veggies & fruits, can you tell?

Today’s my least favorite three hour class…Boo. I’m bringing an apple to snack on as a pre-swim snack. I’ll finally get some exercise today.

That wrap looks great… i like the idea of throwing some dried fruit into a wrap for little extra flavor!
